Join Regina Golden, RYT for an evening of all encompassing yogic practices. This 2hr workshop will have vinyasa flow, somatic movement, breath-work, and is sealed with a guided meditation known as yoga nidra (or psychic sleep). This class is intended to leave you feeling spacious yet centered and in flow with the rhythms of nature. Open-level and accessible to all this workshop is designed to work through the layers of our being one breath at a time.

Yin Yoga + Sound Bath

Join Regina Golden for Yin Yoga with the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls. This is a meditative journey designed to provide an experience that combines the healing effects of yin yoga and sound to help you begin a new week in a blissful state of peace.

Yin Yoga Benefits: Deepening yourself into Yin Yoga creates the ability to calm and balance to the mind and body, regulate energy in the body, lower of stress levels, and improve stamina and flexibility.

Singing Bowls Benefits: The vibrations can produce beneficial changes within the body by reducing stress and balancing the body's energy system. Some also claim that singing bowls can stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes in brain waves.

Deepening your practice

This well-rounded 2-hour yoga practice includes plenty of time to prepare the body, breath, nervous system, and mind for deep relaxation and meditation. The practice will include about 90 minutes of asana, 10-15 minutes of pranayama (yogic breathing practices), and 15 minutes of meditation.
